The spot where the Dania Beach Hotel was located should be turned into a dog park. I live very close to here and can't tell you how many dog owners live in the area. I feel like this would add a great deal of curb appeal not only for the neighborhood but the town as well. Nothing special, just a place where we can socialize our dogs and get them some exercise
